Vanessa Seward was born in Buenos Aires and grew up in London and Paris. After training at the Studio Berçot,
she worked with Karl Lagerfeld at Chanel for nine years and then with Tom Ford at Yves Saint Laurent.
She then joined Loris Azzaro in 2002 and succeeded him as Artistic Director in 2003.
Bolstered by her experiences in the luxury sector, Vanessa Seward decided to explore a more casual world
by creating capsule collections for the A.P.C. ready-to-wear brand in 2012. After achieving stunning success, s
he launched her eponymous brand in 2014, supported by A.P.C.
Vanessa Seward now has three stores in Paris and one in London. Each season, her creations are hailed by the international press.
